By accessing or using our website, registering for events, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs, as well as any applicable laws and regulations under Australian law and NSW regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1. Eligibility

To register and participate in our events, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or
• Have parental or guardian consent if under the age of 18.

By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2. Account Creation

When you register an account with Hidden Gems Sports Academy, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we detect any breach of these T&Cs or if your actions harm the integrity of our services or community.

3. Event Registration

3.1. Participation Requirements

Participation in our tournaments, training programs, or coaching services may require additional eligibility criteria, including health assessments and age group limits. These requirements will be stated in the event details.

3.2. Team and Player Information

During the registration process, you will be required to provide details about your team and players (such as names, ages, and contact information). By registering, you confirm that all the information provided is accurate and that you have the necessary parental or guardian consent for any participants under the age of 18.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1. Payment Methods

Payments for event registrations, memberships, or other products are processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

4.2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.3. Payment Security

We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment information is securely processed by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policy. You can view Stripe’s privacy policy here.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. Event Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, insufficient registrations, or changes in government regulations). In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling:

• You will be notified via the contact details you provided during registration.
• You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future event.

5.2. Participant Cancellations

If you need to cancel your participation in an event, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be refunded unless there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., injury, illness).

5.3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.4. Non-refundable Services

Membership fees, digital products, and certain special event registrations may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Behavioural Expectations

All participants, parents, and attendees at our events are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Harassment, bullying, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate this code of conduct from our programs and events without a refund.

6.2. Compliance with Event Rules

All participants must follow the rules and regulations set for each event. Event-specific rules will be communicated in advance.

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1. Waiver of Liability

Participation in sports events and activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury. By registering and participating in our events, you agree to assume all risks and release Hidden Gems Sports Academy from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

7.2. Insurance

It is the responsibility of participants (or their parents/guardians for those under 18) to ensure they have adequate personal insurance to cover any potential injuries or losses during our events.

7.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hidden Gems Sports Academy, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these T&Cs, including the use of our services.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&Cs by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Hidden Gems Sports Academy, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Hidden Gems Sports Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
